The public is invited to an elections meeting for the Local Services Board of Aweres on Tuesday, August 13th, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. The location for the meeting will be Carmine’s Family Restaurant at 770 Hwy. 17 north (beside Heyden Fuels – see map below).
This meeting is being called to elect/re-elect 5 board members for the term October 1st, 2019 to September 30th, 2020.
To be eligible to vote and/or serve on the board you must:
- be a permanent resident or property owner of the board area;
- Canadian citizen;
- and attained full age of 18 years.
